The first character we are introduced to is the man who has been abducted, from the voicemail recordings we can tell that he is having issues with organisation, issues with his social life, with his family and in general we get the idea that he is having a mid life crisis.
So, for these reasons we believe that our audience is middle aged men, who may also be suffering from disorganisation and family problems. However, since we will be using many different shot types, our piece may appeal to film critics and people who are in general, interested in film.
As well as this, when looking at the Thriller genre demographic, we can see that 43% of viewers are aged 18-24, so this means that our film will appeal to three different audiences. In terms of race, the protagonist will be white male, and will be a middle class man. This means that we are expecting our audience to also be mainly white, and middle class.
